About Jubilee Christian School
An important part of the ministry of Becker Christian Center is our K-12 Christian school and Home School ministry With our Christian curriculum we are able to train our children to be successful in all areas of learning and character. Families do not have to attend our church to be a part of our school, but we would certainly welcome them. We would love to share with you our educational vision. We are committed to having a strong Christian school that is affordable to anyone that wants to be a part of Christian Education. We welcome families that want to work together for the glory of God and the success of the next generation.
Kindergarten
In this learning center, students begin to explore God’s creation. They learn phonics and visual recognition through the use of Bible and animal pictures. Various activities are used to teach coordination development and skills. Students learn letter sounds, alphabet sequence, and word relationships.
God’s love energetically flows through the room.
1st Grade
Students begin to learn reading and writing skills, as well as other academic work, later on in the year. Students gain additional understanding about how God moves in their lives and what it means to walk and talk with Him. They are presented with a sound, Biblical foundation.
Students memorize Bible verses, learn about Biblical character, and study many character traits in the curriculum.
2nd-4th Grade Learning Center
Students continue to learn reading and writing skills, as well as other academic work. Also, students gain additional understanding about how God moves in their lives and what it means to walk and talk with Him. They are presented with a sound, Biblical foundation.
Students memorize Bible verses, learn about Biblical character, and study many character traits in the curriculum.
Middle School
In this learning center, students are challenged more each day, both spiritually and academically. Learning becomes more intense, so students may find themselves busier than before.
Students begin to learn how to build on their foundation with the Lord and learn to walk with God. With the help and guidance from parents and teachers, students learn to apply Biblical principles and character in their own lives.
Academically, the curriculum consists of skill building, goal setting, reading practice, and character development. The curriculum is tailored to each individual student. The goal is to complete 12 PACES in each subject each school year.
When students work at their level of proficiency, they master the material successfully.
High School
In this learning center, students are challenged even more each day, both spiritually and academically. Learning becomes more intense, so students may find themselves busier than before.
Students build on their foundation with the Lord and learn to walk with God in a deeper way. They better understand the importance of a personal relationship with the Lord and what that means in their lives, with the help and guidance from parents and teachers, students learn to apply Biblical principles in their own lives.
Academically, the curriculum consists of skill building, goal setting, reading practice, and character development. The curriculum is tailored to each individual student. The goal is to complete 12 PACES in each subject each school year. However, students are not lock stepped. The more academically skilled may accelerate in their areas of strength. Those finding the work more challenging may take more time to complete the work, when students work at their level of proficiency, they master the material successfully.
